I found the engineer to be very professional and helpful. Before starting the job he explained how the job would be carried out and ensured that carpets and floors were protected with dust sheets. On completion he demonstrated and fully explained how the system worked.

We were apprehensive about the disruption a new boiler would entail, but have to say that the young man who fitted the boiler put our minds at rest. He was very polite, efficient and clean
